肝膿瘍

病史

 a.細菌性肝膿瘍: 多發性、常合併膽道結石

(a. Bacterial liver abscess: Multiple, combined bile duct stones)

b.阿米巴肝膿瘍: 單一性

(b. Amebic liver abscess: Simple)

症狀為發燒、發冷、右上腹痛、盜汗 

(Fever, chills, RUQ tenderness, cold sweating)

理學檢查

發燒、上腹部壓痛、肝臟腫大、黃疸 

(Fever, epigastric tenderness, hepatomegaly,  jaundice) 

實驗室檢查

白血球增高 (Leukocytosis)

X-光檢查有異常 (Abnormal finding in X-ray study)

超音波或電腦斷層檢查可得診斷( Sonography, or CT)

處理原則

藥物治療無效再手術治療 

(If medical treatment failed, operation is indicated)
