腸阻塞

病史

1. 原因:腸黏連、疝氣、腸扭結、腸套疊、膽石腸塞及腫瘤  (Cause: Intestinal adhesion, hernia, intestinal strangulation, intussusception, gallstones ileus and tumor)

2. 病史需包含:是否曾有腹部手術，或膽結石、疝氣。 (History: Abdominal surgery, gallstones, hernia before)

3. 若年紀大、體重減輕、大便習慣改變，需考慮為腫瘤(If old age, body weight loss and bowel habit changed were present, cancer should be considered)症狀為腹痛、嘔吐、腹脹  (Symptom: Abdominal pain, nausea, distension)

理學檢查

a:麻痺性:腹脹、腸音減弱或無 (Ileus: abdominal distension, decreased or absences bowel sound)

b:機械性:腹脹、腸音增高後期減弱 (Mechanical: abdominal distension, bowel sound increased then decreased later )

實驗室檢查

X-光檢查有異常 (Abnormal finding in X-ray study)

懷疑大腸直腸阻塞，需考慮鋇劑灌腸檢查 (If colonic obstruction is suspected, barium enema is indicated)

處理原則

藥物治療無效再手術治療 (If medical treatment failed, operation is indicated)
