病史

持續性上腹部疼痛會轉移到背部(坐姿可緩解)

(Migration of persisted pain from epigastric region to back and the symptom relieved by sit position)

噁心、嘔吐、發燒、血壓下降、脈搏增快

(Nausea, vomiting, fever, decreased BP, tachycardia)

理學檢查

血清澱粉酶、血清脂肪酶、尿液澱粉酶增高

(Increased serum amylase, lipase and urine amylase)

高血糖、低血鈣 (Hyperglycemia, hypocalcemia)

實驗室檢查

白血球增加 (Leukocytosis)
